Here are all the movies, series, documentaries, and shows removed from Netflix in February 2024. Some gems will soon be gone alongside the new releases of the month.
On this Friday, February 2, 2024, you can even discover an exclusive from this year: The Night of Orion. An animated feature film by DreamWorks (Shrek, Kung Fu Panda…) that tells the story of a young boy learning to overcome his fears of the dark and the unknown.
And as every month, there are also departures. It starts slowly with the animated film The Bad Guys, but it will accelerate in the middle of the month.
And Robert Zemeckis will be a direct target of these removals as the masterpieces Forrest Gump and Back to the Future will be unavailable on the 14th and 15th of February respectively. The Purge 1, 3, and 4 are also on the chopping block, as well as Escape Room 2, Don’t Breathe 2, and A Quiet Place.
If that’s not your cup of tea, and you’re more of an action or superhero fan, there’s plenty to choose from. The two Jack Reacher films with Tom Cruise will disappear from Netflix by the end of February.
And at the same time, subscribers will have to say goodbye to the DC productions Aquaman, Suicide Squad, and Wonder Woman. Well, except for the last one, they’re not big losses after all…
Furthermore, there are also some removals in terms of programs for younger audiences, such as Paddington 1 & 2, for example. The most well-known of them is Detective Conan, an animated adaptation of the cult manga by Gōshō Aoyama.
45 episodes are having their last moments on the platform with the red N. Two French TV shows, Le Code and 19-2, will also no longer be available as of February 23 and 26 respectively. The Thai suspense series, Sleepless Society Insomnia, will also be removed.
“*Haunted by visions, a young woman suffering from insomnia visits an old house to solve a murder and end her nightmares*.” We follow inventors working to create the most destructive machine possible, capable of participating in duels in an arena.
All blows are allowed, including sawing the opponent. In a completely different setting, there’s The Ultimate Menu where aspiring restaurateurs have to prove themselves in front of real customers and investors who could change their lives.
Those who believe in strange phenomena can take a chance and watch Paranormal Investigation on Netflix before February 29.
